Ah, yes, the ubiquitous first blog entry. So much energy, so much inspiration, so excited to get started. Well, at least that was me a few weeks ago when I finally got my domain completely transferred and got this all set up. I wrote my “About Me”, and then kind of forgot that I never actually wrote a blog.
So, I will spare you the “why I decided to start a blog” boring-ness which I already wrote about.
Instead, I will try to give you some ideas of what I plan to be writing about. In no particular order:
- The joys (ahem!) of the CTA (that’s Chicago’s public transit system, if you’re not familar)
- Beer Gardens and other delicious places around the city to eat and/or drink
- Annoying tourists
- Random daily occurrences
- Bums/Crack heads (is crack head one or two words?)
- Possible “techie” stuff (ooooohhh!)
- Other random things that may come up
So, if you’re into any of that (or even if you’re not), come back often and read what I’ve got to say.
